How to share private videos on YouTube

YouTube logoYouTube is a great platform to share videos. However, there are videos that need to remain private for various reasons. YouTube just updated it’s privacy feature which allows you to share private videos without the end user requiring a YouTube account. Here’s how to get started.

1. Go to YouTube.

2. Upload your video.

3. Once the upload is complete, place your mouse over your account name and click on ‘Videos, Favorites, and Playlists.’

4. Next to the video you want to make private, click on ‘Edit’

5. On the next page, expand the ‘Broadcast and Sharing Options.’

6. Change it to ‘Private’ and check ‘Limited Access URL.’

7. Click on ‘Save Changes.’

Now, you can share the video privately with anyone you desire.
